TeachNav collects the information you provide when creating an account (such as first name and email), the content you submit to TeachNav tools, and basic usage information needed to operate the service.

We use information to provide and improve TeachNav, to generate AI-assisted drafts and guidance you request, to keep the service secure, and to communicate with you about your account.

3. Student data

TeachNav is not designed to be a repository for student personally identifiable information. You should not enter sensitive student information into TeachNav except as permitted by your school or district policies and applicable law. See the Student Data & Responsible Use Notice.

4. AI processing

Content you submit to TeachNav tools may be processed by AI providers we use to deliver the service. We do not sell your content.

5. Marketing communications

If you opt in to product updates and announcements, we may send you occasional emails. You can opt out at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information processed by TeachNav.

7. Your choices

You can update your profile or request deletion of your account through the in-app Help & Support form.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through TeachNav.
